I just wanna shout out Kevin over at Caliber Collision He and his team for getting my car taken care of. My rims and tires were stolen and he was on it immediately. Had everything at the shop that was needed for my car by the next day. It was finished within a few days! He was very communicative, which I really appreciate. It’s not always like that. So it’s always a great feeling having someone who’s first priority at work is taken care of his customers. I had just gotten my car two weeks prior to this event and he definitely kept me in the loop always about what the next step for my car would. Even with my insurance as well as good options for how to get the car there. Definitely recommend him to help you with any of your car needs. I’m going be coming back to here for any future work. I even told my family to take their car there if you do ever have any car issues because Kevin is on it! Everyone is really nice inside of the office as well. Definitely went above and beyond for the service. I appreciate all your help. Thank you so much, Kevin for giving me back on the road ASAP.

Honestly after all that I had to go through, one star is being generous. First and foremost, original estimate was 2500 that finalized to 4500+630 for rental, picture of damage in photo. So when I initially was told my truck was ready I went down to sign paperwork and noticed the estimate jumped from 2500 to 3500, so I decided to look over the work and right away noticed horrible paint work which gave an ugly orange peel look to the side of my truck, way bigger than the initial damage. They put on the wrong decal which was full of bubbles, and then told it's like that when it is first applied and I have to wait a few days for it to smooth out. Then I noticed I was charged for my light assembly which was NEVER fixed or CHANGED.(Second pic shows orange peel paint, bubbles in decal and if you zoom in on the taillight you can see the scratches that were "repaired") There was more than one discrepancy on work "claimed" to be done than mentioned, the painting of parts that clearly wasn't done was another. I expressed my displeasure with the work and refused acceptance of my truck till repairs were done correct. Repairs were so bad that I notified my insurance and told them I would notify

I lost before pictures. My Honda was completely wrecked on the whole right side. Now my car looks completely brand new, thanks to Caliber Collision. Elizabeth Gonzalez was super nice and helpful. She always made sure to keep me updated on my car. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone because they have a lifetime warranty if you need to bring the car back for any problems. They also make sure that your car is running smoothly before giving it back.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Stockton. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I was greeted by Theresa at the front desk, who was very kind and welcoming, and Kevin, my service advisor, truly exceeded my expectations. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The team did an excellent job servicing my vehicle, and I really appreciate the professionalism, communication, and customer care I received. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing quality service and a team that genuinely takes care of their customers.

Kevin went above and beyond to my needs. The customer urgency really lead the way! I appreciate his communication skills and him being urgent! I see why they have so many good reviews. Amazing work really appreciate it since it was my first time there!
